一、依據高雄市東南亞教育交流協會111年10月19日高市東南亞字第1111019號函辦理。
二、Edu-Connect之宗旨在於鏈結台菲大學社群系統，互助分享「高等教育資源」、「科技發展訓練」和「產市學創經驗」；協同「亞洲開發銀行知識和技術社群」及「菲律賓國家相關部會的發展計畫」；共同為菲律賓和亞洲共容性教育暨發展(Philippine & Asian Inclusive Education and Development ) 而努力。
三、本團之重點在於促進台菲大學STEAM(Science 、Technology 、Engineerin 、Agriculture & Fishery and Mathematics) 社群合作， 共創「台菲90 分鐘奇蹟」(90 Minute Miracle ) ；敬邀本校理學院、工學院、農漁學院、海洋學院院長及教授結合產業組團參加；期能促進菲國基礎工業、農漁科技產業、韌性城市發展、災害防治科技產業、國際產學人才資本發展和大學國際社會責任(IUSR)計畫之推動；共同促進UNSDGs、ADB願景暨企業ESG的實踐。

四、本團主要目的如下：

       1. 參加國立菲律賓大學系統(UP System) 第22 任總校長的交接典禮

       2. 鏈結PASUC 、PAASE 、DLSU 、TUP... 等， 共同促進台菲大學社群STEAM數理工農漁科技人才資本發展

       3.結合菲台人力資源與國家發展的需求，共同推動國際產學專班、國際產學合作、國際教育訓練發展、國際USR和研究所學位招生

       4.拜會Edu-Connect長期摯友新任的菲國貿易工業部部長、內政暨地方政府部部長、亞洲開發銀行執行董事··等人士。
五、本團將提供台灣的大學和知識社群寶貴機會，進行國際組織參訪、菲國部會拜訪、學術合作、產學媒合、社交餐會暨實地參訪；共同實踐「大學，亞洲善治        新樞紐」的願景。本團預定拜會的行政首長及學術、產學媒合主要單位如下：
